Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during product launches, holidays, restocks, or high-demand periods.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been shipped.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. MidnightSupply is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

MidnightSupply is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. If additional help is needed, feel free to contact us.

International Shipping & Customs

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties depending on their country’s regulations. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
